Glen Davies is the FORS Technical Advisor from concession delivery partner AtoH Solutions. Prior to this role, he was responsible for fleet capability, compliance and road safety across a 9000-vehicle fleet and was freight safety and environment lead at TfL. Glen is the editor of the RHA Operator Handbook and chair of the CILT Transport & Logistics Safety Forum.
