Mr Fox was born in 1984 and from an early age Paul started his career working along side his Grandfather, who was known as HF helping in the yard at weekends. Mr Fox learnt all about the company from this date until in 2003, Mr Fox became a director of Fox Brothers. In 2007, following the sad passing of HF, Mr Fox took control of the company with his uncle, Since 2017 the company has grown in transport, earthworks but also with various acquisitions, including Hurt Plant Hire, Cotswold Roller Hire and B&W Plant Hire and Sales Limited. Paul directly managed these acquisitions and their integration. Paul is currently the Chief Executive of the Fox Brothers Group, employing over 800 people, operating from over 30 locations across the UK. In 2021 Fox Brothers Group became a Patron of the North West Chamber of Commerce.

In 2022 Paul Fox became chair of the Employment Advisory Board for HMP Kirkham to support the rehabilitation of current and ex-prison offenders.
