Chris Yarsley is the Senior Policy Manager at Logistics UK for Road Freight Regulation, where he also leads on policy work for London based members of the Association. He joined Logistics UK in 2005 when he led on negotiations with the EU Institutions from the Brussels office on issues such as Operator Licensing, Drivers Hours rules, and digital tachograph rules, and is now based in the London office.
