FORS Annual Conference 2025 Fleet Operator Awards
We’re proud to launch the inaugural FORS Operator Awards at the FORS Annual Conference 2025 — a brand-new way for FORS-accredited operators to be recognised and celebrated for your outstanding achievements over the past year.
These awards shine a spotlight on the operations that are leading the way in safety, efficiency, and sustainability within the transport sector.
Award Categories
FORS operators are invited to submit entries in one of the following categories:
- Safety – For initiatives that have significantly improved fleet safety.
- Efficiency – For projects that have enhanced operational performance.
- Sustainability – For actions that have reduced environmental impact and promoted greener practices.
Each entry should describe a project implemented within the past year that has delivered measurable improvements. Submissions are limited to 600 words and must clearly align with the chosen category.

As the first-ever recipients of the FORS Operator Awards, winners will set the benchmark for excellence in the FORS community.
Finalists will be recognised at the FORS Annual Conference on Thursday 23 October 2025, in front of a 400+ audience of industry leaders and peers.

- Complete the awards entry form and submit your entry by Friday 15 August 2025 at 1pm
- You can enter for more than one category.
- Entries are open exclusively to FORS-accredited operators.
