Mike Johnson is a Director at Portland Analytics, a specialist fuel consultancy providing advisory services to commercial fuel buyers and industry bodies, with expertise in fuel pricing, procurement strategy, supply chain management and trading, covering both traditional and alternative fuel markets.

Mike first joined the UK fuel industry in 2014 on Portland’s management scheme, initially working in fuel supply and hedging, before entering the consultancy division in 2017 where he initially developed Portland’s UK fuel price transparency service, Portland Pricing. He now manages a portfolio of well-known and respected consultancy clients across a wide range of sectors, including fuel retail, bus and coach, and commercial transport.
