Faye is the Head of Employee Engagement & Wellbeing. In her role, she oversees key aspects of engagement, including performance management, how we live our values, recognition, and our annual engagement survey. Additionally, she collaborates across the business on specific projects and programs to guide the organisation in cultural and change-related aspects involving people. Wellbeing is a fundamental part of our culture, and Faye leads initiatives to promote all aspects of wellbeing. She supports wellbeing programs and is well-known internally for her weekly "Wellbeing Wednesday" blog, which covers a wide range of wellbeing topics.
